RIDE THE PANDEMIC: Reynaldo Tarubal is a long-distance cyclist from Baggao, Cagayan who organized and completed the 23-day Ride The Pandemic Project (A ride from Aparri on the northern-most tip of Luzon to General Santos City in the southern Island of Mindanao to help promote awareness and raise funds for the Covid-19 vaccines for the indigenous tribes of the Sierra Madre that include the Django, Dupaningan, Labing, Dumagat, and others).
