Hey, Bike Scouts! We need the help of everyone in doing a speedtest of the internet connection in the places where we are around the country.
We're doing this to get a better picture of the state of connectivity throughout our network of teams and individual members. Knowing the state of our internet connection will help us in planning our many activities and intitiatives that we'll be doing online as a community this year and beyond in each of our communities. These projects may include educational, skills training, resilience, disaster response, and others. If you have time, please join us in doing this nationwide test tomorrow. This is not a sponsored or revenue-generating activity.
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
1. Go to fast.com/# tomorrow anytime between 3-3:30PM and find out what your local internet speed is. There is no special reason for the particular time we chose to do the test, the important thing is that we all do the speedtest at the same time range.
2. On the Fast.com website, click on the option "Show More Info" if necessary, and when the website shows your internet speed as well as upload and download speed screen-grab the information and then send it to dispatch(at)bikescouts.org or DM it to me here on Facebook.
Please DO NOT POST the screengrabbed images on this thread.
Once we have all the speedcheck images we will prepare a graphic that plots the actual internet connection speed around the country and we'll share it with the community. The more of us that participates the more useful this exercise will be. Please invite others to join as well. Thank you so much for your support! #wearebikescouts

Siya si JCO, hiram lang daw ang BIKE nya. Nakita ko siyang humahataw sa kalsada ng walang Helmet, sakto at may dala ako nabigyan natin sya. Sa Picture ay kulay Pink ang Bike nya, muli ko syang nakita, (di ko lang alam kung napansin nya ako) Silver naman ang dala niyang Bike. Ang sipag mo Boy! kahit hiram lang Bike mo at wala kang pambili ng helmet tuloy ka lang. Ipon ka lang malay mo makabili ka din ng sarili mong bike.

Totoong mahirap panindigan ang ating mga pangarap at kalauunan malilimutan na natin ito. Napaniwala akong lahat ng "tao ay may pangarap, kaso ang iba hindi nagpupursige para maabot ito".
Pero bigla akong napaiisip na baka ang mga pangarap na ito ay naisantabi lang, nalimutan, sinukuan dahil sa mga bagay na humahadlang para maabot ito.
Itong slogan na "Save your Dreams" isa lang ding paalala at pag-asa sa akin.
P.S. Gumaan ang pakiramdam ko sa kabila ng pagpapaalis sa amin sa snake road! Isang paalala na magpatuloy lang!
